Shipping

Most of our products are made-to-order, which means that the production of a product will only begin after your order is confirmed and received. Production time will take 2 to 3 business days. Delivery of product(s) will only take place thereafter within a quoted time frame but such time frame is an estimate only. If we have ready stock for our product(s), the delivery time will be shortened since production time is not required.

Shipping within Singapore is at a flat rate of $4.50. Orders above $70 will enjoy complimentary delivery.

Your parcel should reach you within 3-4 business days (not inclusive of production time). Kindly expect slight delays during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Teachers’ Day, and Christmas.

Currently, we do not ship overseas.

 

Return

You may return items that are unopened within 7 days of delivery for an exchange of products. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we do not accept the items. Due to the fresh ingredients and handcrafted nature of our products, we are not able to accept refunds for items sold.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase.

Exchanges can be made for items of the same value or more. You may top up your purchase amount for exchange with items of a higher value.

For items that are returned as a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect order), we will pay the return shipping costs provided that the receipt is given to us.
